Shipping
Before you finish placing your order make sure that all your details are correct, including your email and phone number. Once the order is complete, you will receive the order confirmation to your email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us via email at:

We will prepare your order and will do our best to make sure you receive it quickly. After packing, we will send it with DHL Express shipping and it will take up to 10 days to arrive. The shipping company will contact you before they come.
The watch comes in a paper bag, inside a box, with label and a booklet. Perfect for a gift.
Returns
You can return the watch up to 10 business days from the moment you received the delivery. Before returning the watch please contact us on chat or by email and we will send you the shipping address. Please send your returns with a shipping service of your choice. When you send back the watch, please let us know whether you would like to exchange it for a different model, or whether you would like a refund.
If you would like to exchange it for a different model, we will send you another one after we have received your item. If you choose to return the watch, you will receive a full refund the moment we receive it.
Please notice – If you would like to return or exchange the watch, do not use it. Make sure you: 1. send the watch inside it original box 2. did not remove the label from the strap 3. Attach the printed invoice.
Warranty
All the watches come with a 2 year warranty. The invoice you recieved is your warranty – so please keep it. The warranty is only on the mechanism.
The warranty doesn’t cover scratches / breaks / color rupture / water infiltration / battery.
